1. What we mean by cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage. Together we call them “cookies” on this page for simplicity.

2. How Office4Day uses them

2.1 Essential / functional

Needed for the site to work as expected (for example remembering UI explorer state in session storage during a visit, or storing your analytics preference so we do not ask every time).

• Explorer UI session — session storage used while you browse the map (selection/filters), not used for advertising.

2.2 Analytics (optional)

Only if you click Accept analytics. We then load PostHog to measure product usage with privacy-conscious events. If you decline, we do not initialise PostHog analytics for product events.

3. Third-party cookies

Map tiles, fonts or embedded third-party links may set their own technical cookies according to those providers. Opening Google Maps directions happens on Google’s domain under Google’s policies.

PostHog may set its own cookies/storage after you accept analytics.

4. Managing your choices

Use the controls below to accept or decline analytics. You can also clear site data in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect some features.
